Does it matter if i accedently pee on the part where the answer is on a pregnancy test?


I took a pregnancy test but my pee kinda just went all over the test, even on the part where its supose to tell u the results. Could tht affect the answer? Like did i overflow it? on the answer part? Well it said positive but instead of waiting 2 mins the answer showed up like RIGHT after i pee'd on it so i was thinking it was too soon and i overflowed it... lol it may sound stupid but is this a possibility?

KBKeety 		No it doesn't matter. The answer bit is just plastic so it won't 'overflow'. You're definitely pregnant, congrats :)

KBKeety 		Honey, if it said positive, then you are pregnant♥♥♥It happened to me, also, when I took the test, I was shaking all over the place, even on the test and I went all over the test, and it did not even take three minutes to get my results♥♥I saw my doctor the next day, and I was pregnant♥♥

KBKeety 		lol, this is why I always peedin a plastic cup then dipped my test because the pee got all over the whole thing and I had errors. It probably is positive, but if anything go to the dollar store or get the cheapest test and dip it, if that one comes up ositive too then Id be more positive.

KBKeety 		No. Most of them even say that it's "Splash proof" or something like that. It's covering it up with hard plastic. Just because you pee on the answer part, it doesn't effect your answer at all.

You might have had a lot of HCG in your system, or it might have been one of those quick reading tests...

As long as you read it in the allotted time and used it correctly (yes peeing on the result window is still correct) and it says positive, you are without a doubt pregnant. Congrats. Take another one if you want to.
