What are the earliest signs of pregnancy?


I think im having implanation bleeding , not sure it might be an irregular period. What are some early pregnancy signs? I have had no morning sickness but i have been cramping

MDsweetie 		Well when my wife started getting suspicious she might be pregnant its because she missed her period and started feeling sleepy and constipated.

MDsweetie 		A drug store pregnancy test will often register before you notice any signs. One of the first things that many women notice is nipple tenderness. If this is a planned pregnancy, I would advise trying to stay off your feet for a few days and getting plenty of fluids and protein. That way you are doing what you can to try to avoid miscarriage.
