Are these side effects from Depo or pregnancy?


I've just started receiving the Depo birth control shot.Lately I've been going to the restroom more often and sleeping ALOT. I've also been feeling fatigue and nausea. Before receiving the shot my doctor checked for STIs n pregnancy and they can back negative. Am I stressing over nothing?
